What's your cancellation policy?
Terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and which vehicle you book. We set this out in your booking confirmation and agreement. If you are unsure, ask us before you confirm.
What insurance and protection is included?
Every hire includes comprehensive cover under our rental agreement, with a $2,500 excess. You can reduce that excess when you book: Basic Excess Reduction brings it to $1,000 for $25 per day, Premium Excess Reduction brings it to $500 for $55 per day.
Can I be picked up at Christchurch Airport?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Christchurch, including the airport, your hotel, or an Airbnb. Delivery and collection is free on every hire. We meet you personally, hand over the keys, and walk you through the vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If you're delayed, so are we — no change, no charge. Just let us know you're on the later one when you land.
Can I drop off in Queenstown?
Yes. One-way to Queenstown is $1,000, which covers us bringing the vehicle back. It's worth it for the right trip — ask us if you're not sure.
